TEDxSacred Heart Academy Youth, directed by Ella Yusick, closed on December 5th, 2025 at the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart Auditorium.

As the Lighting Designer for TEDxSHA Youth my responsibilities included:

• Procuring additional LED uplighting for the house and mezzanine

• Focusing LED and incandescent fixtures for the event in accordance with TEDx regulations and color palettes

• Adding lighting to supplement the lack of fixtures

As the Technical Supervisor:

• Preparing budget proposals (above) to receive funding to add supplemental uplighting

• Communicating with all departments (projection, live sound, photography, and the director throughout the pre-production process to ensure a seamless event.
